How can I place an order?

Orders can be placed on the website by adding items to the cart or through discussing an order with one of our team.

What if I am unsure about what to order?

Don’t worry, just contact us and we will be happy to discuss options for developing ideas and decide what will work best for you.

Alternatively, we can arrange a meeting for a more one to one personalised service.

How do you personalise the illustrations?

We can get a better idea of how to personalise your designs if you send us some pictures and details through. Ideas for personalisations could include person, location, names, dates etc.

(please note all photographs and details are deleted after the order is completed, we take GDPR very seriously) 

What if I don’t like the design?

Once we have discussed the design, we will go ahead with developing it. Next a proof will be sent through to you, the first two amendments are free, further amendments will incur a small fee. When we have your approval we will go ahead with making, finishing and delivering your item/s 

Do I own the illustrations?

The illustrations will remain copyright of Terri Bowden at BUB Stationery unless otherwise discussed. Any duplications can be purchased at a discount rate.

How long will my order take?

If you have purchased premade items direct from the website please allow 3-5 working days. Delivery for overseas orders will vary please get in touch for a quote before placing an order.

How long will my personalised order take?

Each order varies, as we pride ourselves on producing high-quality orders a tight time frame may be achieved at an extra charge and should be discussed before confirming the order.
